Terms and Conditions

Deposit of £30.00 is required within ten days of making the booking, in order to secure the reservation.

Payment should be made by cheque payable to 'Stratton Gardens' or debit/credit card, either personally or by phone.

Cancellations do occur and we will do our best to re- let your room. If we are successful, we will return your deposit in full. If we are unable to do this we will retain your deposit to cover our costs.

Dinner is served from 6.30pm. We ask guests booked on the Bed & Breakfast tariff to kindly make a reservation if requiring dinner, to avoid disappointment. Please let us know in advance if you have any dietary requirements.

Breakfast is served between 8.30am and 9.30am. If an earlier breakfast is required, then please inform us the night before.

Rooms are available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.30am on the morning of departure. Earlier arrival or later departure may be possible, please telephone us to check.

Dogs are not allowed, with the exception of Guide Dogs
